More than just a knitting shop, The Tangled Web is a whole community of fiber enthusiasts - women (and men!) - who enjoy the satisfaction and quality of making something by hand and who understand that process is as important as product.

We are a full service fiber arts shop offering a variety of classes, supplies and private instruction in knitting, crocheting and needlepoint to both the total beginner and the seasoned pro.

You will find an irresistible selection of yarns from Cascade, Malabrigo, Noro, Ella Rae, Debbie Bliss, Rowan, Manos, Be Sweet, Elsebeth Lavold, Sublime, Arucania, Mirasol, and Plymouth, just to name a few.

Regardless of your individual skill level or budget, The Tangled Web has the yarns, patterns, needles, and notions to meet all your needs. And if we don't, Special Orders are absolutely no problem.

Located in historic Chestnut Hill, we are easily accessible from just about anywhere in the greater Philadelphia area.
